a promenade in Paris...

Ce matin j'avais un gentil message de Monica et la mer d'Hello cotton, me disant qu'elle aimait Paris mais ne pouvait pas y venir facilement...Comme je partais faire une course j'ai emmené mon appareil photo, le petit celui qui tient dans ma poche...et voilà ce que j'ai vu sur mon trajet:

J'ai saisi l'église St Sulpice impressionnante  qui vient d'être ravallée:

             puis l'église de St Germain des prés, le quartier des poètes, de Juliette Gréco:

                          en continuant vers la seine, rue Bonaparte j'ai trouvé jolie cette double porte bleue

                          , puis un peu plus loin une autre porte cochère ouverte celle-là laissait entrevoir une cour et un autre maison interieure

et c'est aussi cela le charme de Paris découvrir en poussant une porte  découvrir une cour, d'autres habitations, des jardins et parfois de pures merveilles...une plaque était apposée sur le mur indiquant que le peintre Edouard Manet était né dans cette maison précisèment en continuant mon chemin j'ai longé les quais de la seine avec vue sur le Louvre et les bouquinistes fermés à cette heure de la journée...J'ai repris mon bus avenue de l'opéra après un petit regard sur l'avenue et le magnifique opéra Garnier:

                 une petite ballade pour votre plaisir, moi je ne lasse pas de ces vues!                        

This morning I had a nice message on my blog from Monica et la mer (hellocoton) telling me she loved paris as a visitor but couldn't come as often as she wanted, as I was going shopping I took my little camera the one that takes place in my pocket and here is what I saw on the way:

first the church St Sulpice so impressive and just plastered, then the little church of St germain des prés the well known area of poets and artits after the war, going on on rue Bonaparte I saw a nice blue door, and a little further on another gate remained open hinted at another house withn the yard

And that is also that the charmof Paris, discovering while pushing a door, another building, gardens, a court with plantations...and sometimes marvellous things! On the wall of this house it was written that the painter Edouard Manet was born there...Going on I walked along the seine with the view on the Louvre and the "boutiquinistes" the bookseller along the seine close at this hour of the day...I took my bus to go back home and had a glance at the avenue of the Opéra and the wonderful Opéra Garnier...

Nice promenade isn't it? I hope you liked it, I personnaly never get rid of it!
